This regulation provides a criterion for awarding scientists (including foreign citizens or candidates without citizenship) with the international Award of Al-Khwarizmi of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further –Award ) for providing solutions to a specific problem in the field of mathematics based on the results of conducted fundamental, practical and scientific research.
