In our opinion, nowadays the states of the region need to cooperate closely with the world community in the field of digitization of the Unified Register of terrorist groups, elimination of sources of their financing, liquidation of terrorist camps in different regions of the world and in other directions. Also, the bitter experience of using terrorist groups in the interests of state policy should be condemned at the UN level, as this phenomenon can become an occasion for the spread of terrorism throughout the world. The experience of Afghanistan has shown that the use of terrorists for state policy has ultimately created a threat to the patron states of terrorists.

In political science, regardless of the empirical or theoretical level, the study of counter-terrorism occupies a central place, since the analysis of the inner world of this process, its properties and regularities require separate details of research. A concrete analysis of this undesirable phenomenon shows that its spread cannot be prevented by military means and the power of the state, that its elimination requires the unification of society on the way of raising the political and legal consciousness of society.

The attempt to idealize this crime in extremist media influences the process of forming knowledge about terrorism among young people, and unfortunately, some of them become victims of this form of deception. Such forms of extremist activity, overlapping criminal concepts with religious ones, create an "ideal image" whose sole purpose is only deception.
